Privacy Policy

What we collect

• What you type in the conversation, and the report created from it.
• Your name and email; optionally your business name and mobile number.
• Your consent choices, with the time, IP address and browser they were given from.
• Basic technical information needed to run the site (for example, your IP address and browser).
• Anonymous visit counts: which pages and steps are reached, tied only to a random ID stored in your browser. No advertising or outside tracking tools are used.

How we use it

• To run the conversation and create and deliver your report.
• To let you save and finish later, and to send the reminders you ask for.
• Only if you opt in: to send insights and offers by email, or texts to your mobile number.
• To review and improve the service. A full record of each conversation is kept and is visible only to the site administrator.

Who processes it for us

AI services (Anthropic) process your answers to generate the conversation and report. Email delivery (Resend) and our customer relationship system (HighLevel) receive your contact details and consent choices, never your conversation. These providers act on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes.

What we don't do

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Text messages

We text you only if you tick the text-message box. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Your mobile number and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

California: texts, “Shine the Light” and AI disclosure

We send marketing texts only to people who opt in by ticking the text-message box (California Business and Professions Code § 17538.41). Your mobile number is personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we use it only as described here. Under California Civil Code § 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), you may ask whether we disclose personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes: we do not. In line with California's bot-disclosure law (Business and Professions Code § 17941), we tell you plainly that the UNMASKED guide is an AI, not a person.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it, or for 24 months without activity. Saved, unfinished conversations expire after 7 days unless you return.

Your rights (including California residents)

You can download your data or delete it at any time from your report page, or by writing to littlegrassshackcoaching@gmail.com. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We will not ask you to give up these rights.
